@Michael Smythe thanks for the response. I've researched local markets and don't think Ill have any issues finding a renter at about a 10% return after taxes and insurance. Just stuck overthinking the best way to go about it. Would like to have a "friend of a friend" renter so I have an idea of whom I'm getting. Currently talking to local schools and realtors. I've flipped in the past and this house Id say I didn't over-improve knowing my goal was to rent. This house isn't a homerun financially but I felt like it was a good one to start on..

Hello All - I'm new to the rental real estate market. I've successfully done a few flips but am wanting to rent out my recent purchase. Getting close to finishing remodel work but not sure how to proceed with the rental process. The flips are a simple list & sell strategy. A little discouraged and tempted to just sell this one as well but really wanting to build a rental portfolio. Any comment or encouragement would be appreciated. Thanks!
