Hey everyone,

I am brand new to bigger pockets. I recently started listening to the podcast about a month ago. I bought my first property in a C neighborhood in Dallas Texas and found a couple of interested tenants. My best candidate so far has an eviction on his record (7 years ago), makes twice the rental amount and has a wife and 2 kids. I am mostly concerned about his ability to afford the rent with a wife who isn't working and 2 kids. He has provided his pay stubs and a full year of on time rental payments $200 higher than my listing. Mysmartmove recommended him with a 615 score. He has been very forthcoming, friendly and has provided everything I have asked for. Is there anything else I should be considering? Is there any more information I can legally ask for him to provide?

Thank you all for reading!!
