Trying to build a good cash buyers list in the North Carolina area, i know the most people are going to say go to your Reia meetings which i plan on going to my first one the month but is there any on bigger pockets.

ok I've read about wholesaling just need to get a better understanding of it and how would I go about getting started doing it 

Hey miki yea Ive been trying to attend one just keep missing it and I actually am looking at a rehab and hold property now that is looking like a good investment... And Chris thats one thing I'm trying to do is find a good mentor 

whats the best way to get started wholesaling I've look into it and I'm ready to  take the plunge just don't want to do it wrong. I mean I know im going to make mistakes, just want to be well informed 

I'm currently looking into doing my first flip my question is what would be the best way to go about getting capital or someone to invest with me. My credit isn't good and I'm currently working on that but I don't want to sit and wait for it to be built back up or else I might never get going. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I'm in the Greensboro, North Carolina area

Thank you for the info. greatly appreciated and what draws me to it is because i used to build and remodel houses with my grandfather some years go, so i figure i'd start there but im also interested in buy and holds how would i go about doing that.

And Any advice on finding a good contractor
