@Kevin Sobilo

I’d probably have them remove it when that tenet does no longer need it or when they move out if it was not removed by then.

But I would like to avoid the ramp all together if possible.

That’s why I’m trying to figure it if I’m legally bound to allow the ramp or not (since they are not officially my tenets, they moved in without my consent).

Hello everyone,

Long time member, first time poster.

It’s a long story and I’m writing this on my phone so I’ll skip some parts.

Current residents in one of my units are not actually on a lease (mom is on lease but moving out leaving daughter there etc)

I’ve already talked to them letting them know we will need to have a new lease signed with everyone living there to be on it.

During our conversation, it was mentioned that one of them will be having a surgery soon and will be in a wheelchair for a while.

They requested I add a ramp to the house (this is a double width mobile home).

So my question is, do I have to add the ramp? And if so, do I have to pay for it?

My research tells me that I do need to add the ramp but not pay for it.

But since non of them are actually on the lease, can I tell them to just move out or something like that?

Thanks!
