Greetings to you @Toure Lee! I concur with the learning...it's top notch here. 

Some easy DIY to use in your landscaping plan: Applying the best organic weed/feed treatment for your area during this spring season to encourage a lush lawn, mow every 10-21 days (depending on rainfall and growth rate), use an edger along the hard surfaces of your lawn (along the driveways, sidewalks, porches, etc. which gives your lawn a more defined look), trim hedges and trim limbs back from property (discourages insects and birds from trying to find entries into the property), replace and put down fresh mulch/pinestraw around trees, flower beds, bushes, and shrubs.

Thanks so much @Paul Timmins for the welcome and the great info! I think sometimes we overthink things because when you mentioned student housing, I quickly remembered that several of our best clients in the landscaping biz are landlords for those niche areas.  They're out of town landlords so we use Square Register in our monthly or seasonal billing for them.

I've started yesterday with the BP Ultimate Beginner's Guide and couldn't stop reading. Super-simple info and instructions that's not intimidating at all.  I wrote down some of the Podcast topics from the Guide that I'll start with today :)

A few of my colleagues here at BP have mentioned a couple of REIA meetings that I plan to register for today. Focused on concise, disciplined action that will get me from point A to point B most efficiently and effectively, and you've definitely confirmed what I had already been planning.

I train our youngest daughter and son in track and field events so I remind them that running all over their lane removes precious seconds from their time. Gotta apply that to myself now...no time to waste, only investing it.
