Hello All, I'm new to the investment industry and I have little knowledge of how to start the process. I have a rental property that I've had for about 12 years. I'm looking to get a multi-family home, but I don't know how to find the best deals.

Cash invested: $10,000

I purchased this house 12 years ago and turned it into an Airbnb.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The home is located in a prime location in New Orleans.
