Yes our home is completely under water but we would like to hold onto it for as long as possible. It was built in 2005. I agree that having a property manager is a must. But do they or should they have a license? I am dealing with a property management company now that's been in that business for over 20 years and the managers are licensed which is why the fees are higher. So I am just wondering if it is worth it. I will take a look at your recommended website.

Some people are telling me that it is not worth the extra money when a good property manager can do most of the same things. I guess it comes down to a cost thing.

We are beginning the process of renting our home and have decided that to hire a rental property manager to manage our townhome soup to nuts. However, we are conflicted on the pros and cons of using a comapny with licensed realtors or not. Any advice is super helpful!
