@Joe Cassandra he probably missing some information. Maybe the buyer rehab the property before he flipped it for $576,000.

@Anastasia M. Depends on Ltv, loan amount and location, dscr.

@Nick Rutkowski if you don’t mind which lender is financing still?

@Jeremy Holleb since you laid off banks probably won’t touch it. Especially how the economy is going, second option which I know you probably don’t want to go that route is hard money.

@Justin Aguaze as of the moment a lot of lenders are changing how they do long term financing. Some are putting it on hold until this corona calms down. I may be able to help since I’m in the industry.

@Matt Lawton markets changing so usually you would need 90 days if refi with QM lenders. Banks require 6 months but with the rapid change in market things may be different.
