Thank you, I will contact him in writing.

I am afraid to say anything. If they condemn the park, I have absolutely no where to go because I am unemployed and having to have help from my ex to pay lot rent.

The park has been empty except for 5 trailers (20 in all) for years. The homes were destroyed, (all save mine and one other) according to the park owner, in order to bring in new trailers. Never happened. The trailers were ripped up, the metal hauled off, and the debris remains in piles-everywhere. There has been absolutely no mention of a closing. That was 6 months ago. Now the debris piles are infested with many, many rats and snakes.

I own a mobile home in Georgia. The landlord has destroyed the other trailers in the park and left the refuse laying around. No attempt to clean it up has been done in months. We are the last tenants and cannot afford to move. Rats and snakes are everywhere. Can I sue for the conditions that we are forced to live in, in order to get enough money to get out of here?
