Basically what I’m doing right now is kind of what everybody else on the post has been talking about I am calling the local credit unions and developing a relationship over the phone kind of telling them my plans and after this stay at home order is over and done with moving forward with the application

Makes perfect sense so after all of this nonsense going on I should go to Detroit open up a credit union at a local bank and see if they’re willing to do a portfolio loan/refinance?

I’m on the refinancing stage on my rental property that I purchased in Detroit Michigan and I don’t know of any banks or companies that are willing to refinance first rental property????
