My name is Don. My wife and I are investors from California. We need help finding a solid general contractor in Houma, Louisiana. We have a great wholesaler, PM, and Inspector that we are happy working with but getting Contractor bids is a bit of a challenge. I am an out of state Investor. Currently selling a property in North Carolina to 1031 exchange to a property in Connecticut. I love my lender whom I have worked with for the past 4 years. However, I just learned that my lender does not lend in Connecticut. I need the Bigger Pockets community's help. Does anyone have an AMAZING lender that lends in Connecticut?
