What is your formula for buying a property as an investor? I wholesale and I can’t bring value to my investors if my numbers are wrong. I was using propstream and I’ve learned it isn’t the most accurate the hard way. I am based in Memphis. Thank you guys and I look forward to bringing more value to everyone I connect with

I’m currently working for a moving company that only pays $12 an hour and with debt, rent, and living expenses ( I’m very frugal). I owe a little under $10,000. So my main question is : is it still possible to dive into real Estate investing under my circumstances? I’ve been studying and learning everything I can but finding the right mentor and the means to carry out first investment is hard. Thank you.

@Frank Patalano I’m in tremendous debt and I’m currently working a $12 an hour moving job. Despite all my learning, podcast, and videos, the building of my money to pay off my debt is going to take a while. I’m trying though!
