If I wanted to wholesale 5 houses from absentee owners approximately how many letters would you have to send out I understand there are many variables but I've been told that numbers don't lie and I'm sure there's some kind of average out there I was just wondering  the opinions of the BP community?

Im also new to BP and investing. I've been reading and trying to learn this site also and listening to podcast. I want to wholesale to start and then buy and hold along with an occasional flip when the experience comes along. What kind of investing are you looking to get into? Have you joined any reia's yet? I would say its a good place to start. They have quite a bit of knowledge there. Good luck!

i dont have a RE license right now... I have done some research and there is certain criteria of do's and don'ts on how to wholesale a house (contract) in Ohio.

hello my name is Donny minor I live in Warren Ohio. I am new to the real estate investing world. I'm getting into real estate because I would like to have more control over my financial future and eventually it will replace my full-time job in the next 2-3 years. I would like to start out wholesaling and then eventually Buy and Hold but I am open to listen to any information that people would be willing to give. Right now I'm looking to find deals on houses single family homes anybody has any advise I'd love to hear them!!!
