 Thank you I appreciate it

Nothing wrong with condos, as long as you get them for the right price.  They can be great rentals, but also can be a little harder to sell.  I think they're easiest to sell as occupied rental investment.  But you can definitely pick some condos up cheap that bring in a solid rent return.  Depending on your situation, buying a duplex or multi-unit and house hacking at first may be an even better way to get started. I know a lot of people who start that route and it helps them get going faster by eliminating their own housing expenses.  If you don't know what house hacking is, just search for it on BP.

Good luck in getting started in your real estate business. Be sure to use the tools BP, I wore the search box out when I was getting started, almost anything you search for on here, you can find great answers from more experienced people. Also, anything you can't find, just ask questions here on BP and you will get plenty of answers. Be sure to network with other REI in Oklahoma. Most of us all had help starting out, and are more then willing to help others.

Where do you think I could get some help starting out ? I'm interested in house hacking

What's your goal with the first property? Flip? Rent? Occupy?

I was wanting to rent it out.
