It's just ok here, kind of slow. I hear the smokies are HOT though!
I've got one house that I can't seem to unload
Just going to rent it out again for the time being.

Hi all,
My name is Donna, I live in Chattanooga, TN and I currently own rental property.

I've been lurking about your board seeing what I can learn! Hope you are all doing well.

flipping and renting go hand in hand. Buy one to flip, if you have any trouble getting it sold, rent it out. You can do both quite easily.

I was 23 yrs old when I got a divorce and got the house....I purchased another home and rented out the old one. Eventually I bought another and rented out the one I was living in again!

Spent years as a landlord, then I decided to flip both my rental properties!
The rest is history.
