Thank you for responding @Claire Trammell. Funny, I was just on ListSource trying to figure that out and I think that seems as complicated as starting this business. I believe it will take me a few days of learning terminology on there to learn what I am even wanting to search to narrow down my list. Definitely not easy.  I WILL be PM you. Thanks again.

I am Donna. I am excited to get to chat and learn from all of you fellow investors. I am new to the investing and I want to know where to begin. How do I find a list of potential cash buyers of homes in my area? SourceList?
