This is a fun question, Brandon! Yes, I'm looking to create cash reserves and assets with passive income but I also love to create and build businesses and make connections with people to elevate each other along the way. Creating successful partnerships and building something together appeals to me. I also love the challenge of learning, being mentored, and eventually mentoring others as I achieve knowledge and success. I've had many businesses before recently getting into REI and couldn't have succeeded without creating a team of people around me. And getting outside my comfort zone to do all this is both terrifying and exhilarating. Guess I'm an adrenalin junkie! LOL

HI Jimmy, have you been able to connect with a house-hacking friendly/experienced real estate agent who could help you find an ideal property (or at least have them review properties for you) or been able to attend any REI seminars on this? I am connected to an agent in the Philly area who has house hacked and attended his seminars. He also recommends utilizing a 203K Loan Consultant for navigating a house hacking deal. Not sure if you're interested in this. I'm actually in the process of starting this investigation myself for the right house hack property. Keep us posted on your progress here and wishing you all the best with it!

Hi all, I'm in Southeast PA but focusing as a new investor in Pittsburgh and planning a visit the week of April 12th. I'd love to attend some REI meetups in April and/or future ones.
