Ryan, I already have biz partners (married and kids) so I'm not looking to do any of that, but I would like to get together with you and other PB members in Salisbury to talk about deals.  I'm thinking of doing a little outreach to see if we can start a group. Think someone might like to show off their most recent deal if I bring the coffee and donuts. Thoughts?
