Sorry about the rookie mistake, lol. The question should've been like @Jscott mentioned. How do I find the equity the seller has before purchasing the property?

When looking at a house to rehab, how do you find the the EQUITY in the house?

How do you know if you have found the right real estate agent? What are the quality that you suppose to look for in the agent?

I would like to know what would be the correct LLC to apply to wholesaling? If anyone can please help me out with this. I greatly appreciate it,

I have recently got into the Wholesaling business of Real Estate. I like to know more ideas that anyone had while starting. Did you have that fear that you didn't know enough, or where to even begin to looking. I have started in Dallas, Texas, and I want to know what did some individuals do when it came down to the earnest money. I have no job for the Earnest money deposit, and I want to know what can I do? I would like to also see someone else doing the deals, so that I can completely grasp the whole concept of wholesaling. I am willing to take any advice or constructive criticism about doing things the right way.
