I have corresponded with Mark in the past and would be curious to see what you are talking about, we dont charge anyone for bringing a deal to us anything, actually you make money by bringing a deal to us on the front end and the back end if we can fund it and all training is free...and there is no investment from you at all...

We have 2 sides to our investors platform:  1. Joint Venture/Area Partner side, where we work with the seller and come in and fund the rehab(with no $ out of sellers pocket) and instead of the seller getting the as-is cash price, we go on to retail sell for "x" amount of dollars more..

2. Project Manager/Note Buyer side where we buy the property using our in house lender and fund escrow rehab, we have a note buyer in wait to buy the note and then we go onto retail sell.
