look into building systems and structures to grow your company. We hired a VA from hireplacerr.com and it was a game changer. We found cheap labor to do the work we did not want to do and spent most of our time working on the deals. I found out that when I had to cold call and do the things, I hated I would drag my feet and it would never get done. As soon as I put the systems into place life got a lot easier. I would work towards your goals and build structure and systems around what you want/should do.

We called a company called hireplacerr.com and our goal was to get into 3 new homes per year. The problem we had was cold calling it took a ton of time and was not something we liked to do. We ended up hiring a VA that could do these cold calls and we needed up spending most of our time working the deal and very little time finding the deal. I don't know how I could do business now without VA. It's all about systems!

Hey Everyone, I am looking to connect with more like-minded people in the SW Florida Area. I am an agent/investor I attend and run some of the meet ups groups out in these areas.
