There are so many homes in Lawton that are vacant, foreclosed, for sale, and for rent, that it is unreal. I have reduced the price. What do you mean by this remark ( You may be exempt from Dodd-Frank as to seller financing if that was your primary home, if you are a dealer better check compliance.) not sure what you are talking about, please advise. Thanks

I have an investment home that I own outright. The market is very slow in Lawton OK I have had it on the market for a year, with no luck in selling. I am considering selling it and owner finance it. What do I need to do for this process.
