Hi,

I am finishing up my real estate courses to become a licensed agent next month. As an agent I want to learn as much as I can to start my own brokerage and turn it into a company. From there I'd like to branch off into real estate development. I'm looking for developers to ask questions, advice, and see how they started off and be able to use that knowledge to someday start my own. If you are a real estate developer I'd love to talk to you and get to know you or if you know anyone please send them my way. Thanks!

I am sophomore in college and want to become an agent in California. Should I do a online or in-class course?  Any advice is helpful and greatly appreciated.
