I am a soon to be real estate agent. Exp is at the top of the list of brokerages that I’d like to join.

What are some pros and cons of this brokerage?

Do you think is a good fit for new agents?

What brokerage to you recommend?

All tips, information, advice is welcome!!

Hi, I’m Donald Cox a 19 y/o ambitious hustler about to make my break into the real estate industry in early February in the Indianapolis Area.

I don’t want to be an average newbie, I want to be one that stands out for the rest and I’m willing to work for it!

So with that said I am looking to make some connections now and not wait until I’m licensed.

If there is anyone in the Indianapolis area or even anywhere else in the world that would like to connect and maybes share some tips and strategies that can help me excel in my early stages I’d greatly appreciate it.

I just got hired on at a car dealership. I am passionate about real estate but wanted to dabble in sales for a year or two before I went full in while still earning enough income to support my near future real estate investments. I am currently taking my real estate courses and looking to exam before the end of February.

What advice would you give a part time real estate agent?

Do you see this as something that is possible to be successful in?

All tips, concerns, and advice is welcome! Thank you
