John K. That's true I should have worded it better I was referring to asking people on BP to become a client. However it really is true that a lot of people don't understand how much work goes into selling houses and think all they have to do is post a craigslist ad!

Thank you for the response Marc Carlson I am interested in flipping, and also maybe purchasing. Rental properties. I have started listening to podcasts and other things. I have heard of investing groups and was wondering how they are in Rhode Island?

I am also a new realtor looking how to obtain more leads and am just curious how you guys got leads on BP I did not want to come here and pester people because I feel that being a salesman, I understand how annoying it can be to constantly hear sales calls.
