Congratulations! Your post caught my eye first bc of the zero down but then the Shreveport part. I grew up in Shreveport but live in Atlanta, Ga now. What part of Shreveport was the house in? Also, one question I have on this brrrrr method is when you brrr, isn’t there a concern that you are putting all this money into a rental that people don’t take care of?
