I'm also new to real estate investing, and in the process of getting my license. I think it will very beneficial in so many ways, having the freedom to look at for sale houses on your own time, being able to do your own research, getting/cutting on commissions, etc. Good luck!

hello @Mark Creason thanks! nice to meet someone who lives nearby. Right now I'm leaning towards house flipping, but still learning about the different options. Would you say house flipping is the riskiest route for someone trying to get into the business?

Howdy @Roland Thomas! That's great that you found your niche and things worked out well for you. There seems to be plenty of options with real estate, maybe I get to try each and pick which one works best, if that is ever an option :)

@Scott Beckthanks for the welcome! I just ordered that book from J Scott. Thanks for the links, I'll check them out. Nope, don't have a team yet, still just gathering all the information I think I need, and coming up with a plan to help me get started.

@Dawn Oishithank you! which online school do you recommend? I started taking online classes at vaned, I took their free 1 week login to try it out, it's ok, there are some concepts that I think they need to better explain.

@Mark Nolanthanks for the welcome!
