@Marlen Weber i have a duplex.....I just thought the carpet would look better .....but keeping the hard wood floors would be more cost efficient

Question: in your opinion would you rather have hardwood floors or Carpet for your investment property and which one do you think is more cost effective

Because I’m leaning toward carpet lol

I am a small business owner that's looking to buy a multi- family home in the Baltimore area, but all I'm hearing is that I need to be in business for 2 years in order to get a bank loan. I have only been in business for a little over a year now. In this situation, what would be the best way to get funding for my first deal?
