@Marlen Weber i have a duplex.....I just thought the carpet would look better .....but keeping the hard wood floors would be more cost efficient

Question: in your opinion would you rather have hardwood floors or Carpet for your investment property and which one do you think is more cost effective

In this situation, what would be the best way to get funding for my first deal?
