This is important it is already its third stage. Alot 9f people will lose money if this passes.

I was just a nashville lucheon l, where people were arguing about this.

Sounds like this is really close to passing.

sorry i just saw you post. I really would like to fix and flip and get a team together. But willing to start anywhere.

I find that nashville is really expensive but birmingham is 3 hours away.

It is hard to break into the investor market without a good track record of success and referrals.  I do about 70 deals a year in Memphis, but maybe do 1 retail deal a year.  To me, there are only a few good spots to take a plunge into the retail market.

Good luck!

Thanks for the feed back, the market hear is soo expansive and for someone like me with not alot of capital, its hard for my to get started here.

What is your advice for someone with no money?

You might want to reach out to @James Martin, @Douglas Skipworth or @Curt Davis if you are not looking to go turnkey.

I noticed you are a structural engineer, love it!

Good luck!

Hi, @Dominique Jones.

What type of investing are you looking to do (eg, wholesaling, buy and hold, turnkey, flipping, etc.)?

I am looking to fix and flip and possibly have some rentals as well.

Have you been investing in memphis a long time?

I am looking to start investing in Memphis TN. I grew up there, but I live in nashville now.

I am looking for a partner who will be in the city and we can work together to begin in this market. I am new to investing. Nashville is becoming really expensive and hard to get in the market here.

Let me know if you would like to network.
