thanks so much for the welcome guys! I really appreciate it. I will check out the books and the links today/over the weekend. I also will definitely use your advice @Brett Snodgrass about learning then doing each step one at a time so that I can move forward without getting too overwhelmed by doing everything at once. thanks again! :)

hi all! My name is dominique.  I currently live in jax fl. I haven't officially started in real estate, but looking to do so very soon before the dreaded"analysis paralysis" sets in. I don't have any real estate experience per se', but currently work as a mortgage loan processor. The topic of wholesaling interests me since I've read that it's a great way to learn and get your feet wet if you're strapped for cash. My main goals is to use rei to become financially free to travel the world and spend more time helping others. I'm very grateful to be in the BP family!  :)
