I am conducting interviews and was just asking for advice. I thought that's what bigger pockets was for. I would never base my decision off a single referral but it's good to let hear advice from people who have been there and may have more resources than I do. But thanks for your advice.

Sort of both. We are a few steps from getting a multi lot deal on assignment .. which will need to go thru probate. Can't give too many specifics yet but it's huge ! Also have a few other prospective deals that will need to go through probate so we would like to find one probate attorney that we can use consistently.
