I am currently looking at a property that has solar panels on the roof. When purchasing a house with solar panels do I own the panels. Do I have to find out who the previous home owner was leasing the panels off of? Would it be a problem if I just take them off completely?

How can I find wholesalers to help me find leads. I contacted numerous title companies trying to find wholesalers and didn’t get to far. I also tried posting on BiggerPockets and didn’t get any reply’s. I feel like it should be easier for a eager investor to find a wholesaler
