Thanks @Hunter Terryn, Evernest is an awesome property management company.  I send all my clients to them.

As far as Refinance, Purchase and Renovation we have a site called https://fundsforinvestor.com/

It allows you to get a quote from us and two other lenders.  Why do we do this?  We are always attempting to locate the best rates and terms.  It allows us to keep us competitive in the marketplace with the changes and volatility.

This will allow you to get the best rates and terms and we establish a relationship with you!

Can you purchase tax deeds in NC?  What is the redemption policy?  What is the return?

I am looking at a commercial property in Guilford County, NC.  I am trying to figure out a strategy to obtain the property.

  1. According the Guilford County Tax Department, the owner owes $19,257.02 in taxes since 2007
  2. I have a decent relationship with the seller
  3. I have asked a local commercial realtor to obtain comps on the property

How does the tax redemption work in the state of North Carolina?

Does it list on the Tax Department website if the taxes have been purchased?

I would work with an attorney to assist with sorting this out.  There are two different firms I can recommend that are cost effective.
