Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment in Passaic.

Purchase price: $260,000
Sale price: $600,000

This is one of our ongoing projects, demolition began in late August and new house will be done by late February. Before the flip it was 1 bed over 1 bed. Now you the house is double in size, 3 beds, 1 bath each unit + finished attic, BSMT, and EIK.

Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment in Haledon.

Purchase price: $285,000
Cash invested: $250,000
Sale price: $585,000

Property had not been renovated since the 70s. We bought in January of 2020 and renovated all through the pandemic.
3 beds /2 baths each unit 7,536 Sq FT.
