Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment in Passaic.

Purchase price: $260,000
Sale price: $600,000

This is one of our ongoing projects, demolition began in late August and new house will be done by late February. Before the flip it was 1 bed over 1 bed. Now you the house is double in size, 3 beds, 1 bath each unit + finished attic, BSMT, and EIK.
