I have seen your Smartland offerings not sure it is something I would invest in. I have decided to concentrate on SFR with turnkey companies. I have investments with Crowdstreeet, Realstreet, Equity Multiple, Yiedstreet and RealtyShares. I have seven assets and three non traded REITS with a broker. I have found issues with many of the deals I have invested in. This is the reason I have decided to go the SFR turnkey approach. I don't want you to think I find fault in every deal. I have some really good investments from the crowdfunding groups.

Looking for a turnkey SFR company to work with in the following cities : Memphis, Jacksonville, Indianapolis. Cleveland Ohio, Cincinnati, Canton OH.,Birmingham Alabama, Tampa Fla., Atlanta, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston etc..,

Thinking about going the Turnkey SFR instead but still not sure. I have not been satisfied with the crowdfunding real estate ' The returns have not been what they promise and they don't treat the investor as a partner and often hide behind the subscription documents you sign when things go bad (which they will).
