Hey for my married investors in the group. How do you go about structuring your LLC and building your portfolio when only one person is actively involved in the business? Should both people be listed as members of the LLC? Or should the partner that is not actively involved in the business be listed as a beneficiary? curious to see y'all's thought on this.

Hey I am currently getting closer to closing my first BRRR deal but I wanted advice on how ppl went about the cash out refinance step. Is it tougher to cash out refinance when the title is in LLC? Any tips on how to secure a bank loan under a LLC?
