Hey @V.G Jason , thanks for the quick reply. It's sufficient but I'm adding a bathroom to the second unit and I want to make sure that I replace the current one with a heater that is large enough. Thanks again

Hi BP Family, hot water heater is going bad in my duplex. It's currently a tank. Any suggestions on how many gallons it should be? Brand recommendations? Total estimated cost for materials and installation? Duplex has a total of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 dens. 2600sqft. Thanks in advance!

Good Evening, I'm looking for a general contractor in the Los Angeles area. If they have an experience working with 203K renovation loan and historic homes that would be a plus. Looking to start the job by 12/9/2022.
