Thanks for your feedback Brian! I understand what Bird Dogging is. What I meant by saying work for him is, that he will be the first person I add to my list of Buyers and Sellers. The list will grow as I become more involved with my work out here. Thanks again.

I am meeting with my first investor that I hope to work for. He buys and sells properties in the local area. Just looking for a few tips to come off very professional and to stress to him that I am his man for the job. Any feed back would be greatly apreciated. I do not know much about this topic. I do know that a company just signed a lease with my father for $10k an acre. Needless to say he owns well over 30 acres in up state NY.

Hey thank you both for your feedback. I ran the numbers last night. It was not very promising. So I got on Craigslist and found two more well kept and cheaper units for sale in the same area. So I have to check them out now. Again thank you.

Right now I am looking at a 6 unit apartment. 3 studios, 3 1-bdrms. Then there is a small 1-bdrm house also on the property. the land is about 75x100. Both buildings in some bad shape. asking price is $220k it is a college town, so renting is never an issue. If anyone has any feedback I would be very thankful.
