Infinite is showing that you are getting all the money you put into the deal back. You’re refinancing it for more than the purchase price. 

Have you researched what the occupancy rates are? Myrtle Beach is one my list as well, would love to hear people’s opinions. 

What is the name of the property management company you have researched? Do they have a monthly fee on top of the 30%?
