Reading alot of the Bigger pocket books, it suggest otherwise and now john saying its better to use a property manager. Like the saying goes, "smart people learn from their mistakes, wise people learn from the mistakes of others." Great advice guys

Hey guys, me and partner are in the process of beginning a new. We want to start buying and holding in the south Florida area but we have minimal experience in this this space (primarily wholesalers up to this point) though we have had some success in wholesaling we see it as more of a job and are looking to get out of the rat race of life, were looking for any tips and any investors in the south Florida area who would like to connect, chat, or maybe have a lunch to talk real estate.

Hey bigger pocket family. I need some insight on how to aquire probate properties. My process is going to the courthouse get all the information neccessary (deceased name and address, heir name, address, and sometimes phone number). I send them a letter and cold call. I have been getting some response but what holds me up most of the time is the actual probate process. I've heard you can still buy the property even though its still going through probate process. Is this true and any advice in general?
