Basit, I thanks for your reply.

I really like the "FREE" part I will check this app out.

thanks I was told that for 40 properties it might not work well

Hoping to get some suggestions on apps that help in bookkeeping on rental properties. I have 40 rentals. Some rent and some rent to own. I need an app that will help me with my tax forms at the end of the year.

I received my Master's Degree in Education. I taught for 15 years and hated every minute of it. My problems wasn't necessarily college but not getting into a career I would enjoy. My wife went on and is a Dentist. She has been very successful in this career. She doesn't have the personality to be in real estate. I do. But I have made many mistakes along the way. My first suggestion is to stay in college and get a degree in business. This would help in your future in real estate. However I would not go into great debt. Something to fall back on. Maybe go part time and work. But when looking for a job look for something in the area you are wanting to make a career. You can find someone in real estate to show you how to avoid mistakes. Keep in mind that starting in real estate without an income is very difficult. Listen to all the podcast and videos you can. You can learn so much from this. And get books. Once you get your feet wet in real estate and gain some confidence you will know if this is something you will be successful in. It is not easy and it has great ups, and lowly downs. Not for the weak at heart. Good Luck.

Hey anyone in Seneca SC have an Air B and B on Lake Kewee or lake home on Keewee available to rent from July 13th to July to 17th?

I am interested in finding out more about Senior Citizens group homes. Not assisting living or nursing home but homes for elderly who just can't keep up with their property and want an apartment and maybe someone there encase they need food and to make sure they take medication and if they just need some help.  Some of these group home offer meals, personal supplies, assisting in medications, and so forth. I am in the state of Tennessee and little is required of people working in the homes. It is required to have 24 hours assistance. But no LPN or RN is required. I think some minor training. Anyone who could give me some advice or where i can get it would be appreciated.

Thanks. I will check them out.

I presently work with a local bank and have no problem getting loans. However all they will offer for rental properties is a 5 year fixed on a 10 or 15 year payment schedule. I haven't be able to received any fixed rate over 5 years nor any payment schedule more than 15 years. I listen to many of the I pod stating they are receiving a 30 year fixed rate. I presently have 32 properties so I have to many for the national banks. Any suggestion for this problem?
