I have finally decided to do it after yrs of not making the jump.I have finally decided to go back to school to take some online classes to get my Real Estate License  I always went back and forth about if i should do it.. as an Investor My main Mentors have always Advocated for it as they all have one and said it was the way to go.My main focus has always been Finding deals and networking but I am Excited to finally get my License..I Still need deals Lol!! as we all do !!!

I am so excited to share with everyone that my first flip is almost Complete and ready to list!!

It has been a true learning experience that I have truly enjoyed.

even with all the ups and downs,issues and delays! we are going to complete our project

on time but slightly over budget. none the less its an awesome fully redone Eickler Home in an awesome area..Hopeing to make around 100k profit upon closing.;)

I will keep everybody posted as we get further in the sale process,then upon closing.

@Jon Klaus thank you for the suggestions just having a hard time finding any comps because its a double parcel with a building on one.

as far as rent goes I don"t really know how to figure that our either since they never rented it out before
