I guess what I'm asking is how can I use this property in the best possible way without selling it to gain more rentals. I don't want to flip houses I do enough construction everyday. I'm looking long term.

hello I'm very new like ten minutes new..i own a home reodeling company. I've never owned rentals. I would love to get started in it, and this single family was left to me, and I would love to use this property as a springboard for future properties I'm not sure on how to do that.

its a single family just sitting empty right now. There's about 90000 in equity in it. I'd like to keep buying rentals. I'm new to the whole investment buisness so I'm just wondering what I should do with this equity I have and the best steps to buying more
