Thanks to all for the well wishes and for being so welcoming. I have been reading everything I can find about multi family properties and the blog posts have been extremely helpful. Additional thanks to those who have expressed willingness to share information and provide guidance, I will reach out to you individually. I am looking forward to learning more through BP and sharing my experience with others.

New member who is also new to the Hamilton/Trenton NJ area. I am a fairly recent college grad who is starting a career in commercial appraising, but my ultimate goal is to invest in multi family investment properties. Until I have money to invest I am learning as much as I can from BP and looking for someone in the area who could use some free help on nights and weekends just so that I could get some more hands on experience.
