Hello all, I recently relocated to South Florida and have been looking for an area to purchase some rental properties in.  I have been reading a number of promising things about Palm Bay and came across this thread.  I know it is old, but I wanted to check in and see how things were going.  Any exciting updates?  I see there are a number of realtors on this thread.  Are there some oppturnites you know of for an investor new to the area? Happy to share any knowledge I can!  I am sure I have been in the crosshairs of some borrowers before.  Most people I have worked with in multifamily underwriting do their best to make the process as simple and smooth as possible, but unfortunately, sometimes there are certain things that we cannot navigate around.  Believe me, it is painful for us as well and I would avoid these hurdles if I could!

I would like to specify that I have experience with multifamily underwriting only. I have already received some questions regarding single family.  I would help if I could, but I have no experience in that area. 

I am currently a FNMA/FRE conventional MF underwriter based in Maryland. I have been underwriting for 10+ years. I am interested in learning more about the CRE industry and exploring new opportunities, including investing and consulting
