@Justin Morgan I am a newbie investor, interested in getting started in short sales. I have a friend whose house is in short sale. I would like to help her out and get this property off of her hands. How can I go about acquiring this property? And will it be possible for me to use transactional funding to close the deal?

Howdy folks, my question is in regards to short sales and Reo's, I have a friend whose house is in short sale right now. I thought it would be nice if I could help out of her situation. Is it possible to use transactional funding on a short sale? Any seasoned investors out there have any experience using transactional funding? Any thoughts are experiences would be greatly appreciated by this newbie.
