Post: Easier title insurance

Over the years I’ve had a few times where a title company wouldn’t issue a policy for a small issue where another company would. It seems some are more strict with their policies than others. One example being a flip that has undergone major renovation where they would request additional paperwork before issuance. Of course, I am not talking about big item issues that cloud the title. Any companies you use that seem to be less strict and conservative in issuing policies?
