@Eric Bilderback I’m new here after seeing the hype, I am taking my test this Friday, all I see in BP is a lot of people trying to either sell books or sell themselves. This is proof they are in it to win it and will take advantage any chance they can, she at least deserves an apology from the platform investors for being an acquaintance to this theft but no one is anywhere to be found it’s insane. Wish me luck!

The 1st year was studying, nonstop, I’m a perfectionist, but now I am confident I will get a near perfect score on this real estate exam but now reality has hit me, I am starting from the bottom with good intentions, and new intentions, and a candle-light of network. How did you find your click in real estate to building your network of clients? (Please no cold calling comments I want strong relationships with my clients not just a commission from a friendly stranger with a needy 1st impression, sorry no offense cold callers)

@Todd Pultz thanks so much I appreciate it Todd! I ordered one off Amazon to send out hopefully it qualifies, got brushed off by everyone I reached out to except the FBI they never got back so I respect the timely response and effort. I hope you have a great COVID free weekend!

Hello BiggerPockets! I am near the Northern Kentucky/ Cincinnati Ohio region and I am having a goose hunt for fingerprinting and FBI background checks, the local police said “we only do it for medical licensing during COVID” the KREC said “you should try to google around and make calls” (I have called 5 different UPS stores and emailed several local authorities so that was kind of a slap in the face to hear but it was after hours messaged so it was respectable) PLEASE anyone HELP. I need to know by Monday KREC exams are filling up quick.

@Rory Kinnear Your parents raised you right. You can tell some investors aren't suited for the NAR code of Ethics with such sad morals.

Hey y’all! New to bigger pockets but newer to studying, not so sure what to expect on exams or even how to study honestly.

My question to everyone and anyone is:

What was your study routine back when you were working on getting licensed as a Real Estate Agent? Any tips?

@Kevin Hill Amen to that, I’m in a small town in Kentucky and before COVID-19 hit there was an idea to start a project with a high rise, a plaza, and stores, in a small town of single family homes. Long story short it is now a man made lake that 6 houses wide. Shame. If only my city’s city council thought like you there would be progression, not regression.

@Kevin Rea I’ll tell you one thing, recently my girlfriend moved from San Jose, CA, to Northern Kentucky (where I was born and raised) and she can NOT get mad at paying less than $780 a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with me as opposed to $1,000 a month sharing 1 bathroom with 3 other female roommates in a townhome. ($1,000 was for her room rent ALONE I couldn’t imagine how rich the home owner was) I’ll tell you one thing though, as great as basements are for storage they are a ticking time-bomb for foundation issues.
