Aloha! I'm so excited to join the BP community :) I'm going on my very first investor trip to Phoenix, AZ for a long weekend in February with the Addicted to ROI Inner Circle.

I don't have any properties yet and feel like I've been in analysis paralysis, but also battling with every other investor since I don't have a lot of capital.

For my first investor trip, what questions should I make sure I'm asking? How can I best prepare to make the most of the group's time? Has anyone been on a trip with Addicted to ROI before?
