I have lists that I only marketed to once but they are over a year old. I want to start a real marketing campaign this time. Can I use those same lists or would you recommend starting fresh?

I have absentee owners, probates and inherited.

What are the different ways of finding where the cash transactions are without MLS access?

Hoping to get some help. I want to look into other markets for wholesaling. Not having MLS access, what resources would you use to find:

1) Where are cash buyers buying;

2) Internet sites to analyze that market

Any help help will be much appreciated.

@jon huber  I'm in Los Angeles and want to wholesale.  Can you recommend a good attorney for making up contracts?

Im definitely going to check out your site today. 

So there is no escrow company to deal with and close in 30 days?  Newbie question but why is that. I would like to be able to wholesaling it right away for a profit.
